Hold a question
Your question stays entirely in your mind. There is no text box, microphone or recording.
A private question. A random passage.
The Infinite is an app in development that brings quantum randomness into contact with the written record of human thought. Hold a question privately in your mind, and a passage is selected from tens of thousands of literary works drawn from Project Gutenberg.
The app never hears, records or knows your question. It does not generate an answer or interpret the passage for you. It predicts nothing and offers no supernatural certainty. Whatever connection you find belongs entirely to you.

Learn how it works
Your question stays entirely in your mind. There is no text box, microphone or recording.
Quantum-generated randomness selects a position across a collection of tens of thousands of works drawn from Project Gutenberg.
The words already existed—sometimes for centuries. One passage is revealed exactly where chance leads. Nothing is written or tailored for you.
You may find relevance, coincidence, reflection—or nothing at all. That judgement is yours alone.
From quantum signal to human words
The Infinite draws randomness from a quantum source and uses it to select a location within a large collection of public-domain literature.
The collection is built from works preserved and distributed by Project Gutenberg: philosophy, fiction, poetry, history, science, religion and countless other records of human experience.
The quantum process does not understand the books. The books do not know your question. The meeting between them happens only once—and whatever it means is yours to decide.
Built around clear limits
No question is entered, transmitted, stored or analysed.
The passage is selected by chance, not generated to match what you are thinking.
The app is an invitation to reflection, not a prophecy, diagnosis or authority.

Early testers will help explore how it feels when a private question, a quantum event and one passage from a vast literary collection meet at a single moment.
